NAGAP Executive Office Staff

The Executive Office staff is available to answer any questions you have regarding NAGAP, its committees, projects, mission and vision or upcoming conferences. Below is a description of each staff member's role on the NAGAP team.

Executive Director

NAGAP’s Executive Director is responsible for managing the affairs of the association including supervision of staff, financial and investment management (along with the Treasurer), maintenance/enforcement of the Bylaws, goals, objectives and policies of the association, and overall general management of the daily activities and administration. The Executive Director serves as staff liaison to the President and Governing Board, helping provide strategic guidance for the association as well as Board development. Dana has been with NAGAP since 2010.

 

Association Manager

NAGAP’s Association Manager assists the Executive Director with Board of Directors' activities. The Association Manager is responsible for the oversight of projects and assists with general management of the daily activities and administration.  He or she is also the staff liaison to several of NAGAP's Committees and Task Forces. 

 

Association Assistant

NAGAPs Association Assistant is the primary contact to address and serve the membership needs. She also assists the Executive Director and Association Manager with daily functions ranging from billing and coding, website maintenance and social media, conducting meetings, working with multiple committees and assisting the Governing Board with its needs. Pat has been with NAGAP since 2015.

Education Program Coordinator

NAGAP’s Education Program Coordinator acts as staff liaison to NAGAP’s Conference Planning Committee. She works directly with the committee in planning all the educational and program aspects of the Annual Conference. Christie has worked with NAGAP since 2009.

Meetings Manager
Debbie Jennings

NAGAP's Meetings Manager, Debbie Jennings, works directly with hotel sales staff to organize the logistical aspects of all NAGAP conventions, meetings and conferences. Her role of Meetings Manager also includes exhibit management, contracting with hotels, and site selection and on-site management for all NAGAP meetings. Debbie has been with NAGAP since 2010.

 
Data Administrator
Susan Hime

As NAGAP’s data administrator, Susan is responsible for processing all membership applications and renewals, as well as all event registration, such as conference and PDI. She provides regular membership reports and maintains the overall integrity of the membership database.
