Webinar: Working with International Agents: A Guide to Best Practices

Tuesday, December 8, 2015
1:00 PM EDT

Many institutions rely on international agents for graduate student recruitment and to help admitted students navigate the enrollment and student visa process. This webinar will provide a general overview of agents; what they do, who they are, and why institutions use them. The session will also cover the benefits and challenges of working with these recruitment companies, and strategies to select the best agents to meet specific institutional graduate enrollment needs. Information regarding the American International Recruitment Council (AIRC) certification process for agents will also be shared. This webinar is appropriate for graduate enrollment managers who are just getting started with international agents and for those who already have established relationships with these organizations.

Presenters include:
Kirsten Feddersen, Southern New Hampshire University
