Find out how a secret shopping program, an ongoing applicant survey, and ongoing CRM audits informed Regis University, a private Jesuit university with over 5500 graduate students, of their opportunities and applicant experience. Quality assurance has always been an important part of running any organization – but it has become doubly so with the advent of digital technology and increasing competition for students. We will explore why QA should be a fundamental element of your marketing and recruitment strategy. Through hiring an external secret shopping company, implementing a bi-annual applicant survey, and consistently auditing CRM records and phone calls, Regis admissions leaders were able to identify the following: primary applicant reasons for exploring Regis, opportunities to improve RFI forms, breakdowns in technology/CRM integration, and opportunities in our email, response time, and phone communication with prospects and applicants. Through the feedback and data received through these QA measures, the Regis team has been able to identify where improvements in student engagement, processes, and technology were needed.
This session will be presented by Cate Clark, who serves as the Associate Dean of Graduate and Adult Undergraduate Admissions at Regis University in Denver. With an MA in Higher Education from the University of Denver, 14 years in for-profit education, and six years in non-profit education, Cate is passionate about people and process optimization to ultimately improve the new student experience.
