How to Join NAGAP

NEW Members: You may Join Online or download the Membership Application and submit it to the NAGAP Executive Office. By choosing the 2016-2017 Membership Application, your membership will take effect on July 1, 2016.  If you join today, you may take advantage of member rates for our upcoming educational events.

CURRENT Members:  You may pay your NAGAP membership dues online in the MyNAGAP area or if you prefer, you may contact the NAGAP Executive Office for a hardcopy invoice.

RETURNING Members: If your membership has lapsed and you would like to renew your NAGAP membership, you may pay your NAGAP membership dues online or please return 2016- 2017 Renewal Form to the Executive Office. Please do not choose the Join Now option.

Institutional Member name change form: If you are replacing an employee who has left the institution, use this form to update your institution membership.

Membership Categories

Individual Membership
Annual dues: $250 per member and shall be open to graduate enrollment management professionals employed by institutions offering graduate degrees. An individual membership cannot be transferred to another person. Individual members have voting privileges.

Institutional Membership
Annual dues: $250 per member and shall be open to graduate enrollment management professionals employed by accredited institutions offering graduate degrees. An institutional membership is transferable and allows one employee full benefits, including voting privileges, when the institution pays the membership dues. Institutional membership is only transferable upon an employee change.

Affiliate Membership
Annual dues: $475 per member and shall be open to individuals employed by agencies or organizations that support NAGAP and the graduate enrollment management community. An affiliate membership is transferable. Affiliate members do not have voting privileges.     

Associate Membership
Annual dues:  $200 per member and shall be open to individuals who are not affiliated with an educational institution but are interested in working in the graduate enrollment management profession, and who are not covered under another NAGAP membership category. An associate membership cannot be transferred to another person. Associate members do not have voting privileges and must be verified by the Membership Committee.                                                                                     

Student Membership
Annual dues: $50 per member and shall be open to individuals who are currently enrolled full-time in a graduate degree or certificate program, are not employed full-time in graduate enrollment management or at an institution of higher education, and are not covered under another NAGAP membership category. Student members do not have voting privileges and must be verified by the Membership Committee.

Requests for student membership status and verification letters may be submitted to info at nagap.org and will be forwarded to the Membership Committee for review.

Retired Membership
Annual dues: $50 per member and shall be open to individuals who have worked in and retired from the graduate enrollment management profession. Retired members do not have voting privileges and must be verified by the Membership Committee.


Membership Period

The membership year is July 1st through June 30th regardless of the date of payment (e.g., if membership dues are paid in the spring or fall, renewal is still due by July 1st). To remain a member and continue NAGAP benefits throughout the year, renewal payments should be sent by July 1st.
